Shipping Policy
We utilize a variety of carriers such as USPS, UPS, and various freight carriers. Customers’ orders will take one to six estimated business days in transit, depending on the shipping address as well as the shipping method selected at checkout. International orders may take beyond six business days.
Shipping Cut-Off Time:
- Most orders placed before 1:30pm PST will meet the cut-off for expedited shipping, our official cut-off time for expedited shipping on web orders is 12:30pm PST. Additionally, orders are only shipped during business days. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customer service.
- The orders before 12:30pm will be handed off to our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS and more), but we cannot guarantee their expedited shipping due to possible unforeseen circumstances.
Will Call Orders:
- After successfully placing an order for will call pickup, please allow at least one (1) hour for our warehouse associates to prepare you order. You will receive an email confirming that the order is ready for pick up.
- You will have three (3) business days to pick up your order - you do not have to pick it up on the same day.
- When you pick up your order, you will receive a pick up confirmation email.
- If you have not picked up your order but you receive the pick up confirmation email, please reach out immediately to let us know.
- Will Call hours are from 10:00AM (PST) to 5:00PM (PST)
- Orders placed after 2:30PM (PST) will be available for pickup the following business day.
You will have three (3) business days to retrieve your will call order from our facility - please bring your order confirmation with you.
