Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy on our products.
Please send an email to customerservice@wowieinc.com and we will assist you with your return. You can also fill out a form here to help facilitate returns of your orders.
Customers have 7 business days from the day that the order was delivered to report the following:
- Damaged items, lost packages/item or to request a return
- If customer is at fault (ex: buyer's remorse), the order is subject to a 30% restocking fee and cost of return label fee (per label)
- If the order is rejected, the customer will be responsible for a the return label fee (per label).
- If the customer is not at fault, all fees will be waived.
- All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
- If a product is used, it is final sale.
- It is the customer's responsibility to properly pack, ship and ensure the contents of all returned packages are sent using a traceable ground shipping method.
Note: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
When returning your items, products should be:
- In good condition, in their original packaging with all products, parts and accessories accounted for as well as the UPC Code on the exterior and Received in re-sellable condition.
- Shipping charges will only be refunded when the product was mis-shipped or defective upon arrival.
- Please write the RMA (Return Authorization Number) on the outside of the box and on a copy of the original packing slip which should be packed inside the package.
- All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.
- When buying a case of products, but the return has less than the advertised case quantity, the refund price will be calculated using the next higher price level.
- It is the customer's responsibility to make claims with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to Wowie Supply.
- No returns can be made on clearance sale items, these are considered final sales.
- Credit will always be issued back to the same payment method to which they were charged.
- We will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
Shortage, Discrepancy or Damaged Shipments:

All of our shipments are insured. It is very important to inspect your shipment thoroughly before accepting and signing for your shipment. Packaging that appears in good condition does not guarantee that there is no "hidden" damage. The only way to ensure that your products are in good condition is to fully unpack and examine the contents carefully before signing. Legally, by applying your signature, you are signing a document stating that you have fully inspected your shipment and that it is in good condition.

It is common for UPS and shipping carriers to leave packages on your doorstep if no one is available for signature. As previously stated, please fully unpack your shipment and examine the contents. If you notice any damage to the product during your inspection, please email our customer service department ASAP at customerservice@wowieinc.com.

Shortage, discrepancy or damage claims must be filed within 7 business days after receipt. We will issue a RMA number if your claim is made within the time frame previously stated.
Defective Merchandise:
- You have 7 days to report and defective merchandise or products. If you receive a defective product upon delivery and it is not due to shipping damages, please contact customer service at customerservice@wowieinc.com. Please have an available order number and the original date of purchase ready for verification.
Types of Return Requests:
- Once a return has been created and accepted by our customer service department, the customer has 14 business days to return items.
- Returns will expire in 14 days.
- If the items have not been returned by the 14th day, the customer's card on file will be charged.
- If the buyer changes their mind due to buyer remorse or price difference, the 30% restocking fee will be applied.
- If the buyer changes their mind and returns the item, and the item is not received back in its original condition or was declared incomplete, the 30% restocking fee and shipping fee will be applied.
- If the buyer refuses delivery, the 30% restocking fee will be applied.
- If the buyer returns a item but it arrives to the seller damaged, defective or materially different than what was originally shipped by the seller, the 30% restocking will be applied.
- If the buyer receives and item materially different from what they order, no restocking fee will be applied.
- If items arrived to the buyer damaged or defective, no restocking fee will be applied.
- If the buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage that was incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier, no restocking fee will be applied.
- If a order is returned as undeliverable, no restocking fee will be applied, however, if the buyer had knowledge or intentionally refused delivery of the package or a wrong address was provided by the customer, the shipping charge per box will be applied.
- If the buyer returns an item and fails to properly indicate a RMA number on the shipment, a $18 RMA processing fee will be applied. (this may increase and be added on to any additional fees to the order due to non-compliance of our return policy)
